How do I set up my availability
You can manage your availability in two ways:
- From the Availability page – Create and manage reusable Personal and Organizational schedules that can be assigned to eligible Meeting Types.
- From a Meeting Type – Assign a Shared Schedule or configure Custom Availability that applies only to that Meeting Type.
Personal schedules are available for One-on-one and Group Meeting Types. Organizational schedules are available for Team and Collective Meeting Types. [Screenshot – Left-side navigation highlighting Availability]

- Click Active on.
- Search for and select the eligible Meeting Types.

Set up availability from a Meeting Type
1. Go to Meeting Types.
2. Edit an existing Meeting Type or create a new one.
3. Open the Availability section.

4. Choose one of the following:
- Shared Schedule – Select an eligible existing schedule to reuse its availability. Changes to the Shared Schedule automatically apply to all linked Meeting Types.
- Custom Availability – Configure an independent schedule that applies only to this Meeting Type. Changes will not affect other Meeting Types.

Note: When switching a Meeting Type from Shared Availability to Custom Availability, the default working hours of 08:00–16:00 are applied. You can then adjust the hours and configure the availability independently.
