You can avoid last-minute booking or scheduling meetings too far away into the future.

For example, you do not want invitees scheduling less than 5 hours in advance, and you don't want them to schedule more than a few weeks in advance.

Note: No time slots will be available to book outside of these limits.

To limit how soon invitees can schedule meetings:

1. Go to Meeting Types.

2. Create or edit existing Meeting Type.

3. Expand Limits section.

4. Set the value of Min booking notice. You can choose the interval between minutes, hours and days.

To limit how far invitees can schedule meetings:

1. Go to Meeting Types.

2. Create or edit existing Meeting Type.

3. Expand Limits section.

4. Set the value of Max advance booking. You can choose the interval between days and weeks.
