Yes, you can select the language per each meeting type, or set it for your account in Account Settings or per whole organisation in Organization Profile.
Custom wording
You can adjust the wording to your needs for both personal and organization levels in Settings -> Custom translations.
Simply type your alternative in the right column there are save settings. As the result the texts will be applied to the client side.
