How to show availability when all teammates are available
Booking the meetings when all teammates are available simultaneously is called collective scheduling, where it pools teammates' availability and only shows invitees times when all team members are available.
Currently SimplyMeet.me does not have such meeting types, but you can use the following workarounds:
- Connect your teammates' calendars to your SimplyMeet.me account and checking your colleagues' calendars for conflicts.
- Share your teammates' calendars with your calendar.
Connect your teammates' calendars to your SimplyMeet.me account and checking your colleagues' calendars for conflicts
On the Calendar Integrations page, connect your teammates' calendars and check those calendars for conflicts.
In the Meeting Types, you can decide on which calendar SimplyMeet.me should add the booked meetings.
In this case, your teammates would have to share their calendars with your calendar account. On the Calendar Integrations page, click the "Sync" account to synchronize the calendars. Your teammates shared calendars will show up on the list. Check those calendars for conflicts so SimplyMeet.me can generate the availability based on all teammates calendars.
