All new users receive a 14-day free trial automatically upon registration.
No credit card is required to start the trial.

The trial gives you access to all Professional features and integrations.

Keep an eye on the countdown icon in your Admin Panel:

  • Green – You’re in the trial.
  • ⚠️ Yellow – Only 3 days left.
  • Red – Trial ended, action required.



What Happens After the Trial Ends?

Once your 14-day trial expires, your account will be automatically downgraded to the Free plan for one month.
After the one-month Free plan ends, you will need to manually reactivate it each month.

 



Upgrading to a Paid Plan

You can upgrade to the Professional Plan at any time:

  • On your Admin page -> Billing tab, you can upgrade to a paid plan. Add your credit card details during or after the trial.
 



  • Choose your subscription type: Monthly or Yearly.
  • Select the number of additional users needed under: Add-ons → Additional user.
  • You may also edit your billing information under the Customer Info section.
  • Choose your preferred payment method under the Select payment system.



Important Notices

  • If your Free plan expires and you haven’t reactivated it manually, you will lose access to most of the settings, features, and integrations we provide.
  • Free accounts will never be auto-deleted. Even if you don’t renew your free subscription after one month, your account will remain intact. You can return and reactivate it anytime.
  • Each user can activate the free trial only once.
