The ICS Calendar Subscription allows you to connect any calendar that provides an ICS subscription URL. Once connected, SimplyMeet.me will check this calendar for scheduling conflicts and block unavailable time slots when clients book meetings.
Important
This is a read-only calendar connection.
SimplyMeet.me uses the calendar only for conflict checking. Meetings booked through SimplyMeet.me will not be added to the connected ICS calendar.
=How to Connect an ICS Calendar Subscription=
1. Go to Intergrations & Plugins > Calendar Integrations.
2. Click Add calendar account.
3. Select ICS Calendar Subscription and click Connect.
4. Enter a Calendar Name and paste the ICS Subscription URL provided by your calendar service.
5. Click Connect.
What Happens After Connecting?
Once connected, SimplyMeet.me will:
- Check the ICS calendar for busy time slots.
- Prevent bookings during conflicting events.
SimplyMeet.me will not:
- Create meetings in the ICS calendar.
- Edit events in the ICS calendar.
- Delete events from the ICS calendar.
