All new users receive a 14-day free trial automatically upon registration.<br>
No credit card is required to start the trial.

The trial gives you access to all Professional features and integrations.

The system will take you to the <span style="background-color:#d4f8e5; padding:5px; border-radius:5px;">Billing details</span> where you will be able to select the desired subscription period (month/year), as well as specify the number of users you require in addition in <span style="background-color:#d4f8e5; padding:5px; border-radius:5px;">Add-ons</span> -> <span style="background-color:#d4f8e5; padding:5px; border-radius:5px;">Additional user</span>.<br>

==What Happens After the Trial Ends?==
You will not be charged right away, the first payment will be taken automatically once 14-day trial ends.
Once your 14-day trial expires, you can manually select a preferred plan in the Billing section.<br> Please note that Free plan requires manual reactivation each month.

If you wish to not continue using this subscription after your free trial, go to <span style="background-color:#d4f8e5; padding:5px; border-radius:5px;">Your next bill</span> section inside the <span style="background-color:#d4f8e5; padding:5px; border-radius:5px;">Billing</span> tab and click to cancel your recurring payment.  
==Upgrading to a Paid Plan==
You can upgrade to the Standard or Professional Plan at any time:
* On your Admin page  -> '''[https://secure.simplymeet.me/payment-widget#/ Billing]''' tab, you can upgrade to a paid plan. Add your credit card details during or after the trial.

* Choose your subscription type: Monthly or Yearly.

* Select the number of additional users needed under: Add-ons → Additional user.
* You may also edit your billing information under the Customer Info section.

==Important Notices==
* If your Free plan expires and you haven’t reactivated it manually, you will lose access to most of the settings, features, and integrations we provide.
* Even if you don’t renew your free subscription after one month, your account will remain intact. You can return and reactivate it anytime.
* Each user can activate the free trial only once.
