Outlook desktop client treats the timezones of the CalDAV's events in a different way. At the moment it won't be possible to display SimplyMeet.me meetings in the Outlook desktop client, although your meetings will be still visible in your CalDAV calendar.
A temporary solution is to use the eM Client instead of Outlook desktop client.
