The Log in as User feature allows Organization Owners to securely access individual user accounts within their SimplyMeet.me organization only after the user has given consent.
This feature is not enabled by default. To activate it for your organization, please contact our support team.
- Who Can Use It
- Owners: Have access to this feature by default (once user consent is given).
- Managers: Can be granted access by the Owner under Organization Settings -> User roles & access.

- Members: Cannot access this feature.
- Where to Find the Option
1. Go to Organization -> Overview.
2. Click the three-dot menu next to the user’s name.
3. Select Log in as User.
Please note! This option will only appear after the user has granted consent.

- User Consent Requirements
For privacy and security, consent is required before any user account can be accessed:
- New Users: Consent is requested in the invitation email when they’re added to the organization.
- Existing Users: A one-time pop-up form will appear the next time they log in, asking them to agree to grant administrative access.
- Returning to Your Own Account
After using the “Log in as User” feature, simply click Go back to Organization in the left-side menu to return to your main account.
