=2. Block Dates Using an External Calendar=&lt;br /&gt;
If you have an external calendar connected to your account and enabled for conflict check, you can block off dates and times directly in that calendar.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
To ensure the time is unavailable for booking:&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
* Create an event in your connected external calendar&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
* Set the event status to &#039;&#039;&#039;Busy&#039;&#039;&#039;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
* Make sure that the calendar is set for &#039;&#039;&#039;conflict check&#039;&#039;&#039; for all meeting types in&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;

=Calendar Synchronization=&lt;br /&gt;
Pending meetings:&lt;br /&gt;
* Do not sync to external calendars (e.g.,Google/Outlook)&lt;br /&gt;
* Do not block availability until approved&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Once approved, the meeting syncs and blocks the selected time slot.&lt;br /&gt;

=Admin app=&lt;br /&gt;
The Approve Meetings functionality is available in the Admin app.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
To use it, you need to update the Admin app to version 1.13.2 via the App Store or Google Play.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Once updated, pending meeting requests can be managed in Scheduled meetings, or via the Calendar by clicking on a pending booking to see its details.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Out of the box, organization and personal scheduling pages have a sleek and clean look with customizations built right into Appearance settings that &lt;br /&gt;
can be customized without changing the code and our default CSS. &lt;br /&gt;
If you want to customize your scheduling page further and match your brand seamlessly, put your team&#039;s CSS skills to work and create your own stylesheet.&lt;br /&gt;

2. The user-friendly editor will open where you can change the colours of the personal scheduling page, no custom coding necessary.&lt;br /&gt;

The Share slots feature offered by SimplyMeet.me is designed to make it easier for users to share available meeting times with their clients or colleagues. With this feature, users can go to a meeting type and choose to Share slots. They are then shown a calendar where they can handpick times that would suit them for the meeting, and then view the results in a beautifully designed format that is easy to copy and paste into emails.&lt;br /&gt;

;How to use&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
:1. Navigate to your &#039;&#039;&#039;[https://secure.simplymeet.me/event_types/ Meeting types]&#039;&#039;&#039; page.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
:Click on &#039;&#039;&#039;Share&#039;&#039;&#039; button per meeting type you wish to share the availability.&lt;br /&gt;

:2. You can choose between adding timeslots to email and to own website options.&lt;br /&gt;

Instead of appointments being automatically confirmed, eligible bookings are placed in a &#039;&#039;&#039;Pending&#039;&#039;&#039; state until you approve or decline them.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
This feature is ideal for consultants, recruiters, healthcare providers, and other professionals who need to verify client details or control availability before confirming a meeting.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
This feature is recommended if you:&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
* Need to review client details before confirming&lt;br /&gt;

You can also enable it:&lt;br /&gt;
* On the &#039;&#039;&#039;Plugins &amp;amp; Integrations&#039;&#039;&#039; -&amp;gt; &#039;&#039;&#039;Organization level&#039;&#039;&#039;&lt;br /&gt;
If enabled on the Organization level, it overrides all individual user settings and becomes active globally.&lt;br /&gt;

=How It Works=&lt;br /&gt;
When a client books a meeting:&lt;br /&gt;
* If the meeting qualifies for approval, its status becomes &#039;&#039;&#039;Pending&#039;&#039;&#039;&lt;br /&gt;
* The host receives a notification about the pending request&lt;br /&gt;
* The client does not receive a confirmation email at this stage&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
=What Requires Approval?=&lt;br /&gt;

=What Is Automatically Approved?=&lt;br /&gt;
The following bookings are automatically confirmed:&lt;br /&gt;

* Meetings created from the Admin side&lt;br /&gt;

You can review pending meetings in the &#039;&#039;&#039;Calendar&#039;&#039;&#039; section.&lt;br /&gt;

The Share slots feature offered by SimplyMeet.me is designed to make it easier for users to share available meeting times with their clients or colleagues. With this feature, users can go to a meeting type and choose to Share slots. They are then shown a calendar where they can handpick times that would suit them for the meeting, and then view the results in a beautifully designed format that is easy to copy and paste into emails.&lt;br /&gt;
