SMTP integration allows you to send all the notifications from your own email address instead of default [mailto:no-reply@simplymeet.me no-reply@simplymeet.me] and look much more professional in your communications with the customers.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
It can be set on the user level if you are the owner of the single account or on the organization level if you have a paid accounts with several employees.&lt;br /&gt;

==Configuring SMTP integration==&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
:1. Navigate to &#039;&#039;&#039;[https://secure.simplymeet.me/integrations Integrations]&#039;&#039;&#039; page in your account.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
:Then find &#039;&#039;&#039;SMTP Email for user&#039;&#039;&#039; option if you wish to set it on the user level.&lt;br /&gt;
:Or &#039;&#039;&#039;SMTP Email for Organization&#039;&#039;&#039;* if you wish to use it for the organization.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
:2. Click on &#039;&#039;&#039;Enable&#039;&#039;&#039; to get to the integration setup page.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
:3. Select SMTP server from the suggested ones to pre-fill the details, fill in the missing details or if it is not listed please add your SMTP server credentials to the corresponding fields.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;

The Share slots feature offered by SimplyMeet.me is designed to make it easier for users to share available meeting times with their clients or colleagues. With this feature, users can go to a meeting type and choose to Share slots. The Share slots feature offered by SimplyMeet.me is designed to make it easier for users to share available meeting times with their clients or colleagues. With this feature, users can go to a meeting type and choose to Share slots. They are then shown a calendar where they can handpick times that would suit them for the meeting, and then view the results in a beautifully designed format that is easy to copy and paste into emails.&lt;br /&gt;
